Castle, has been appointed pursuant to action by a special meeting of the Board of Directors on October 16. Special meeting was held for the purpose of hearing an address by Professor Herbert E. Gregory of Yale, on the water problems of Honolulu, and as result the special committee will cooperate with the United States Geological Survey, and if possible, secure the services of an expert to study our resources and attempt to solve our water problems which are recurring year after year and causing the residents of many districts of the city much anxiety and annoyance.
